which of these options has fewer calories - 2 pieces Ryvita and pot, they choke, compared with a stock example, McCoy's Cheddar?

Hello! Well, there are about 90 calories per Ryvita, and about 50 in each part of gas. Marmite is only 10 CALs per serving.

So you're looking for about 300 calories, maybe a little less! A group of Crips had about 150 calories! But Ryvita is best for you and offers you an effective and sustainable long-term energy source.

If you are on a diet, try to free themselves completely from the butter. It would be better than Marmite Ryvita have. Even better if the cream cheese, cottage cheese or hummus with cucumber slices on top.

Depends on how much butter you use.
Being healthy means much more than just calories, butter is something that will not eat. Chips are also empty calories.
