Infection months after wisdom teeth removal? - wisdom tooth removal infection

I had 3 wisdom teeth removed almost 3 months. Bottom right is swollen and took much longer to heal. In recent weeks, I noticed the bump that has appeared after the removal of teeth in the lower right corner, weak and frail. Today it is slightly swollen and firm, if I pull the jaw. Can I get an infection now?
