Oil Pulling? - oil pulling candida

Has anybody heard of oil pull? I have read so much and seems to have many health benefits it. Is it for a certain kind of oil? I Seseme oil at home, it would work? otherwise I would think, I'm going to buy a health food store, I suspect, it costs nothing, but he is interested in hearing any advice on this issue. Thanks
